To register, click the "Register" button on the homepage. Fill in your personal details, contact information, and upload a profile photo. You'll receive an OTP on your email for verification. After verification, complete the one-time registration payment, and your profile will be submitted for admin approval. Once approved, you can log in and start using all features.
Yes, we take your privacy seriously. Your contact details (phone and email) are only visible to users you connect with or to premium members based on your privacy settings. You can control who sees your information in the Settings page. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
Profile approval typically takes 24-48 hours. Our team manually verifies each profile to ensure authenticity and quality. You'll receive an email notification once your profile is approved. If your profile is not approved, you'll receive feedback on what needs to be corrected.
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay, including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Paytm, and other popular payment options. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Premium members get priority profile ranking in search results, unlimited profile views, ability to view contact details of all profiles, and priority customer support. Your profile is highlighted with a premium badge, making you more visible to potential matches.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun. However, if you encounter technical issues or payment errors, please contact our support team for assistance. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
A complete profile significantly increases your chances of finding the right match. Fully completed profiles appear higher in search results, attract more profile views, and receive more interest requests. Complete profiles also build trust with potential matches who are looking for genuine, detailed information.
Our matching system considers multiple factors including religion, caste, age, location, education, occupation, and partner preferences. You can use our advanced search filters to find profiles that match your criteria. When you send an interest request and it's accepted, that profile appears in your Matches section.
You can send interest requests to any profile you like. Once your request is accepted, you can chat with that member through our secure messaging system. Contact details (phone and email) are visible only to connected members or based on your privacy settings.
Go to Settings from your profile dropdown. Under Privacy Settings, you can control who sees your phone number, email, photos, and income information. You can also set who can send you messages and whether your profile is visible to everyone or only connected members.
You can request account deactivation from the Settings page. Click on "Request Account Deactivation" and provide a reason (optional). Your request will be reviewed by an admin. Once approved, your profile will be hidden from search results. Note that this action is reversible - you can contact support to reactivate your account.
When your account expires, you'll still be able to access your dashboard and edit your profile. However, features like search, chat, and viewing other profiles will be restricted. You'll see a renewal banner on your dashboard. You can renew your account at any time to restore full access to all features.

If you come across a fake or inappropriate profile, click the "Report Profile" button on their profile page. Select a reason for the report and submit it. Our team will review the report and take appropriate action, which may include warning, suspending, or banning the reported account.
